The WeChat App provides everything you need when it comes to keeping in contact with friends and family members from around the world. Although it’s a Chinese application, it can be used by anyone from anywhere in the world. It let’s you text and video chat with contacts that you’ve added or people that have added you. Some of my favorite features that I like is it allows you to contact random people and start chatting with them if you’re bored and have nothing else to do.
One of the other things I really liked about the WeChat App is that it allows you to connect your bank account (Chinese bank account only) and send and receive money to friends and family members. Overall the application has everything that you could want in a free downloadable messaging system. All you need is WiFi and the application on your phone and you can keep in touch with everyone in the world without worrying about paying for long distance phone calls.
