Starlit Adventures

Rockhead Games’ indie title features Bo and Kikki, two adorable Starlits who serve as Starkeepers in the Upper World to maintain peace. Unfortunately, one day Nuru took all the stars away from above ground, forcing Bo and Kikki to dig deep beneath Earth to recover these stolen stars!

Along the way, players can unlock new suits that alter a character’s gameplay strategy and abilities – such as Bo’s Adventurer suit allowing him to jump higher and gain access to more bonus coins while Kikki can don an Archer outfit to fire arrows at enemies or obstacles.

This game boasts a very welcoming visual presentation that draws players in with its sweet characters and delightful gameplay, but its experience suffers somewhat due to being still very much a mobile game – its graphics can sometimes look too basic, its interface can appear clunky, and its soundtrack often sounds very familiar.

Starlit Adventures is an enjoyable family-friendly title that’s difficult to put down once you begin playing it. It features digging, fighting and collecting in small levels to provide lots of action while remaining accessible through free-to-play. Even though its free-to-play model and sometimes strange controls may prove challenging for some players, Starlit Adventures remains enjoyable experience overall.
